New Forests seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Head of Institutional Fundraising, UK/Europe. This role is responsible for working closely with the existing capital raise team to further develop and enhance the capital raising strategy for prospective UK and European investors as well as lead the engagement with prospects across the UK and Europe on New Forests’ entire suite of investment products, in conjunction with the broader team.
Reporting into the New Forests Global Head of Investor Relations, based in Sydney, this role will be a member of the New Forests’ Investor Relations team which oversees capital raising, communications, client relations and reporting for New Forests. New Forests’ capital raising team is a critical component that provides inflows of new capital for New Forests to invest. The team operates in a fast‐paced environment with a strong focus on high quality, long‐term and transparent investor relationships.

Manager, Investments – North America
East Coast of United States Preferred - Remote

New Forests seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Manager, Investments based in the United States. This role will be critical in supporting the growth of New Forests’ North American and global growth strategies. In this role you will be primarily responsible for aiding with New Forests’ timberland and forest carbon investment strategies in the North America, including the identification of investment opportunities, undertaking due diligence, presentation of investment recommendations, and financial settlement matters. The preferred location for this position is the East Coast, but we are geographically flexible. As this role is remote, it will require attendance at in-person company meetings as agreed, along with frequent domestic travel for role-specific responsibilities.
