New Forests makes first hire in Europe with Anne Dillé to join as Head of Institutional Fundraising, UK and Europe
SYDNEY/LONDON: 15 May 2025 – New Forests, a global investment manager of nature-based real assets and natural capital strategies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Dillé as Head of Institutional Fundraising, UK and Europe, further strengthening its global institutional relationships and commitment to the growth of natural capital investing in the region.
In this newly created role, Anne will lead New Forests’ engagement with institutional investors across the UK and Europe, driving capital raising and client partnerships to support the firm’s growth across New Forests’ suite of nature-based investment strategies, including forestry, agriculture and natural capital.
Anne brings over 30 years of experience in financial markets, with a track record of successfully building and managing institutional client relationships across Europe. Most recently, Anne was EMEA Business Development Director at Nomura Asset Management, where she played a pivotal role in expanding its footprint among European asset owners.
Based in Paris, Anne will report to Sarah Clawson, Global Head of Investor Relations at New Forests, and will work closely with regional and global teams to align investor needs with New Forests’ vision to see investment in land use and forestry as key to the transition to a sustainable future.
