At NEWFORESTS, our people work across markets, cultures and communities around the world. That diversity of perspective strengthens how we challenge ideas, make decisions, solve problems and ultimately deliver for our clients and the communities in which we operate.
Our diversity takes many forms. Among employees who have voluntarily shared this information with us, 21 nationalities and 11 languages are represented. While it does not capture our entire workforce, it provides a glimpse of the breadth of backgrounds and experiences within our global team.

We support that commitment through practical action. Our initiatives include flexible public holidays, DEI and unconscious bias learning, inclusive recruitment practices, pay equity reviews and targeted development opportunities. We continue to assess where we can do more, using our data and the experiences of our people to inform our priorities.
